So What is Rolled Ice Cream? This new method of ice cream making originated from Thailand. Everything starts from scratch and made fresh in front of the customers at the time of order. We start with a liquid ice cream base, pour it into a freezing pan that is set at -22 degrees, hence the name 22 Below, add the desire ingredients to create a fresh and unique flavor you won't find anywhere else. All the ingredients are then chopped and mixed into the base, as the process goes, the ice cream are slowly forming before your eyes (just like magic)! Once it is spread out into a thin sheet, the ice cream artist will skillfully roll it up into spiral rolls of ice cream!
